The property was a great location it was located very close to beaches,restaurants and shopping centers The check in was very smooth and the person that check us was very polite and informative. They allowed us to check in early

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly; they were busy, yes, so exercising a little patience is necessary, but who's not busy nowadays? Nothing beyond the norm that felt rude or negligent. Very sweet people who helped us with every detail of our stay. Booking.com actually had a miscommunication with their computer system in filing our booking (we booked a King single room, and their system showed we'd booked a double queen) They switched us to a King room instead with Zero fuss, and we were perfectly comfortable! The breakfast was actually very nice for a continental breakfast. Simple staples, but better than average meats that were cooked in small batches (yeah we might have had to wait a bit for those eggs and sausage one morning, but we were in no rush, and it was great when it came out hot!). The location!! Oh my goodness, the location was within 10 minutes of EVERYTHING you could want to do, and if you're there for the beach, go to Henderson State Park, just six minutes away. GORGEOUS!

Jemaine was wonderful! I arrived a day early due to Hurricane Milton....Although I had called the day before to request an additional night--and had been told my reservation was guaranteed-- Jemaine had to tell me to they were full! I had a complete meltdown as I had been in the car 14 hours!! He spoke to his Manager and arranged a room that was not rent-able due to a broken TV. I was able to stay in the room the next day till my room was ready... moved to a room on thr same floor....seamless move!! Every time I went by the desk, Jemaine or Tulse spoke to me......by name!! I felt like a valued person not "just a customer"! I will be back...and I hope to see Jemaine and Tulsa!

Great location, only one street off 98. Road is tree lined next to a gated community and golf course. Easy to get to shopping and dining. You could walk to most places, even the beach!

The location is in a very safe and upscale area. Only 1.9 miles to Crab Trap Beach (Crystal Sands), which was easily walkable. The hotel just being 3 months old. The fresh lemon water available in lobby. A nice size TV in room. Attentiveness of front desk was nice, just ask.
